Board of Review Date is Set

To our good fortune, our parish has cutting edge technology that assists the pairsh assessor in valuation.  This valuation is presented to the parish in the Board of Review.  The Livingston Parish Council is the parish's Board who accepts the valuations presented by the parish assessor.  The Board of Review also acts as a hearing where property owners may appeal their assessments.

Millages Pass

The election results are in. The Health Unit millage was passed. Sixty-seven percent of the voting public decided to continue with the new 2.5 mills, a reduction from 5 mills.
