An Ordinance Authorizing The Livingston Parish Council To Convey The Following Described Property:
1) That Certain Tract Or Parcel Of Ground, Together With Any Buildings Or Improvements Thereon, Located In Sections 36 And 21, Township 5 South, Range 4 East, Greensburg Land District, Livingston Parish, Louisiana And Described On The Plat By Seth J. Mosby, Professional Land Surveyor, Dated November 18, 2020 And Titled “Tract B, Being The Joseph & Lillie Rome Property, Tract Lp-1, Being The Property Livingston Parish & Weyerhauser Property In Section 21, Into Tracts B-1 & Lp-1-A”, As That Triangular Shaped Parcel Beginning At The Intersection Of The Northeastern Most Point Of Tract B-1 And Charlie Watts Road, Thence Running South West 486.40 Feet To A Point, Thence Running North 38.59 Feet To A Point, Thence Running Southeast 449.30 Feet Back To The Point Of Beginning. Said Survey Being Recorded In The Office Of The Clerk And Recorder For The Parish Of Livingston On November 23, 2020, At File No. 990374.
It Is The Intention Of The Parties For All Property Located Within The Tract Labeled “Tract B-1 (2.467 Acres)” That Is Owned By Seller Herein Be Transferred To Buyer.
2) The Property Acquistion Is Recorded In Book 1340, Page 169, File Number: 938997, Of The Official Records Of The Clerk And Recorder Of Livingston Parish And Was Conveyed Pursuant To Lpo 18-25.
3) And To Authorize The Sale Of Said Property To Joseph Aubert Rome And Lillie Sibley Rome, Their Agents Or Assigns, For The Sum Of One Thousand And 00/100 ($1,000.00) Dollars Cash.
