Summary
An Ordinance Directing The Levy And Collection Of An Ad Valorem Tax Of Five (5) Mills On The Dollar Of Assessed Valuation Of All Property Subject To Taxation Within The Geographic Boundaries Of The Parish Of Livingston, State Of Louisiana, For A Period Of Ten (10) Years, Beginning With The Calendar Year 2013 And Ending With The Year 2022, Authorized Under The Provisions Of Article Vi, Section 26(B) Of The Constitution Of The State Of Louisiana Of 1974, As Amended, And Other Constitutional And Statutory Authority As Applicable, For The Purpose Of Constructing, Operating And Maintaining Roads And Bridges Within The Parish, And Providing For Other Matters In Connection Therewith.
