Whereas, In Accordance With Compliance With The Official Charter Of The Livingston Intergovernmental Commission, Dated March 13, 1986, As Amended, La. R.S. 33:4712 And In Furtherance Of The Livingston Intergovernmental Commission'S Declaration Of Surplus On August 10, 2009, The Town Of Livingston And The Parish Of Livingston, State Of Louisiana Hereby Adopt The Following Joint And Concurrent Ordinance Regarding The Sale Of That Certain Piece Of Immovable Property, Legally Described As Follows:
