Summary
An Ordinance Directing The Levy And Collection Of An Ad Valorem Tax Of Two (2) Mills On The Dollar Of Assessed Valuation Of All Property Subject To Taxation Within The Geographic Boundaries Of The Parish Of Livingston, State Of Louisiana, For A Period Of Ten (10) Years, Beginning With The Calendar Year 2014 And Ending With The Year 2023, Authorized Under The Provisions Of Article Vi, Section 26(B) Of The Constitution Of The State Of Louisiana Of 1974, As Amended, And Other Constitutional And Statutory Authority As Applicable, For The Purpose Of Paying Costs Of Programs For The Elderly Citizens Of Livingston Parish To Be Administered By The Parish Through The Livingston Council On Aging, Including Services, Operations, Capital Improvements, Equipment And Other Lawful Expenses Related Thereto.
