An Ordinance Directing The Continuation Of The Levy And Collection Of An Ad Valorem Tax Of 2.5 Mills On The Dollar Of Assessed Valuation Of All Property Subject To Taxation Within The Geographic Boundaries Of The Parish Of Livingston, State Of Louisiana, For A Period Of Ten (10) Years, Beginning With The Year 2015 And Ending With The Year 2024, Authorized Under The Provisions Of Article Vi, Section 30 Of The Constitution Of The State Of Louisiana Of 1974, As Amended, And Other Constitutional And Statutory Authority As Applicable, For The Purpose Of Acquiring Sites For, And For Constructing, Improving, Maintaining And Operating The Parish Health Unit.
